Are you passionate about cooking and ready to work in a dynamic hotel environment? We are looking for skilled Chefs to join our kitchen team in Kaunas. If you have experience working in similar roles and enjoy cooking according to technological processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Position Details:

• Role: Chef

• Number of Openings: 4

• Location: Hotel premises, Kaunas

• Work Schedule: 4 working days, 4 days off

• Working Hours per Month: 168-176 hours

• Additional Hours: Possible, depending on workload

• Salary: Net €1200 per month

• Catering: Provided free of charge on weekdays

• Accommodation: Not provided

• Workwear: Provided by the employer

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in similar work for at least 2 years

• Knowledge of European cuisine is essential

• Ability to cook according to the technological process

• Gender does not matter

• Create a video that showcases how you prepare a dish. Refer to the video below as an example to display your chopping and cooking skills, as well as your food presentation. Please note, we’re not asking you to create art or professional videos, we want you to demonstrate your skills.

Selection Process:

• We will conduct the screening and ask if you are eligible for the interview.

• Once candidates with the required experience and knowledge are identified, a brief job interview will be arranged with the hiring company.

• The interview includes questions about cooking temperatures for certain foods and other relevant topics to select the best candidates.

Application Requirements:

• Valid driving license with categories required for long haul trucks in Europe

• Valid travel document (passport)

• Updated resume/CV

• Prior education certificates and transcripts

• Police clearance certificates from all countries lived in during the last 2 years

• Employer’s statement

• Proof of sufficient funds (bank statement showing at least €3000)

• Recent photograph

• Proof of at least one year of relevant work experience within the last 3 years (work book, certificate from previous employer)

Important:

• All documents must be translated into English.

• Foreign documents must be legalized or certified with an Apostille according to regulations unless otherwise specified.

• Translations into Lithuanian must be signed by a certified translator.

• Copies of documents must be approved with the signature and stamp of the head of the company.

• Visa application fee: €160

• Health insurance fee: €160
